In the late 60's, Charles Schulz came to Santa Rosa and opened his first studio. There is a museum here and parts of his legacy drizzled all over Santa Rosa! We took an afternoon and scurried around the town to find these figures and snapped some shots:)
Each is unique from the other...and this Woodstock was my favorite. Up close, it is peices of glass and under the glass are comic strips....way cool stuff! It was pastels, and shimmery and just amazing what people can make :)
Poor Lucy fell victim to vandalism:( and lost some of that great hair....but, she was beautiful, made of blue gems!
This one looked like it was made from squares of colored electrical tape!
There is still more to get and we will, so stay tuned....
