The Painted Desert and Petrified Forest were something to see. I never heard of these places, but David was very excited about them! And, now I can see why...breath taking scenery! Amazing.

...the girls weren't so much into the scenery at this point. It was all about getting out of the vehicle, running, and screaming!!
somehow, they remained lovable and sweet for the
majority of the trip:)
