After viewing the awesome waves, we decided to take a long walk! The girls (and I) couldn't wait to take our shoes off and walk in that sand. The sun felt so warm, the breeze was just right and the sand was sooooo warm between the toes!!
David underestimated the size of a wave and was wet up to the knees---and it was COLD water, very cold!!!! The girls laughed:)
We walked along the beach---oohhh, warm sand between the toes felt so good! We did some hiking too. We went to the end of the beach, up that hill (thankfully there were steps!), and hung out up top. What a view:)

What a view---worth the walk up! Love the ocean--the coast, just beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!
Of course, what goes up-----must go down!...and so, down we went.
...back across the beach.
The girls did exceptionally well for the amount of walking that we did. And, walking in sand is not easy!! Next stop-Mazettis Bakery---yummy:)
